Because dummy flight tickets and hotel vouchers incur immediate GDS ticketing and carrier system processing costs upon issuance, orders that have already been generated and dispatched are non-refundable.

2. Free Modifications & Replacements

In lieu of cancellations, we offer complimentary date changes, passenger name corrections, and route re-issuances if requested before your scheduled appointment date.

3. Non-Delivery Guarantee

If we fail to deliver your confirmed reservation PDF within the promised delivery window due to technical failure on our end, you are entitled to a 100% full refund with no questions asked.
