1. Nature of Services

Fly Orbit Holidays provides flight reservations (dummy tickets with live airline PNRs) and hotel booking vouchers intended strictly as proof of onward travel and accommodation for visa applications and immigration checks. These reservations are not paid confirmed flight tickets for actual boarding.

2. PNR Validity & Airline Discretion

Flight PNRs are issued through Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Airlines hold seats on tentative status for a limited period (generally 24 to 48 hours). While we maintain a 99.4% acceptance rate across consulates, airlines reserve the right to release un-ticketed seats according to their internal revenue management rules.

3. Visa Approval Disclaimer

While our documents strictly follow embassy and VFS guidelines, the ultimate grant or denial of any visa rests entirely within the discretion of the respective embassy or consular officer. Fly Orbit Holidays does not guarantee visa issuance.

4. Free Date & Route Rescheduling

If your VFS appointment date is postponed, we provide free rescheduling of your dummy ticket within 7 days of purchase. Simply message our WhatsApp support desk with your updated dates.
