1. Booking Process & Confirmation

All quotes issued by GoYaatra are subject to availability of flight seats, hotel rooms, and vehicle availability. A booking is only considered confirmed once:

  • The package details and customized itinerary are mutually agreed upon.
  • The specified deposit or full booking amount is paid.
  • GoYaatra issues a formal booking voucher and invoice via official email.

2. Standard Payment Schedule

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your custom booking proposal, our standard payment schedule is as follows:

Timeline Payment Required
At the time of booking confirmation 30% of total package cost
30 to 45 Days prior to departure 40% of total package cost
Within 15 Days of departure 100% (Remaining Balance)

*Note: Flight tickets, premium cruises, and peak season hotel reservations (Dec 15 - Jan 10) may require 100% advance payment at confirmation.


3. Verification & Passenger Information

It is the passenger's responsibility to verify that the names on booking vouchers, hotel receipts, and flight tickets exactly match their government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or PAN Card). GoYaatra will not be liable for name mismatches, entry denials, or name change penalties charged by airlines/hotels.


4. Inclusions & Exclusions

Only services explicitly listed under the Inclusions section of your customized tour itinerary/invoice are provided. Any optional activities, tips, port duties, visa fees, personal laundry, custom meals, and drinks not outlined in the booking document are considered Exclusions and must be paid by the customer directly.


5. Room Sharing and Extra Bed Policies

Standard hotel check-in time is typically 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM. Extra beds provided for triple occupancy are usually foldaway beds, mattresses, or rollaways, subject to the hotel's inventory and layout rules.
